Green Hydrogen Systems said Monday that Chief Executive Sebastian Koks Andreassen has resigned in order to take on a new position with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners.
The company said Andreassen will continue as CEO until a successor is found, ensuring a smooth transition.
The process to find his replacement will be initiated immediately, it added.
