Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee, who is presiding over the Georgia 2020 election subversion case, ruled that Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro will go to trial together on October 23 saying, “I am not finding the severance for Mr. Cheseboro or Powell is necessary to achieve a fair determination of the guilt or innocence for either defendant in this case.”
