Restore said that it has appointed its former Chief Executive Officer Charles Skinner to the role with immediate effect.
The London-listed office-services company said Tuesday that Skinner served as CEO between 2009 and 2019 and has experience in the business-to-business services sector, with more than 30 years in senior management roles in listed companies, 20 years of which were as CEO.
Skinner replaces Jamie Hopkins, who has been interim CEO since July 4 and will remain as director to ensure a smooth transition.
The company said executive Chair Sharon Baylay-Bell will step down from her role and resume her previous role as nonexecutive chair with immediate effect.
